Thèmes de recherche: titanium oxide (TiO2), copper sulphide (CuS) and cadmium sulphide (CdS) have been widely studied in photocatalytic applications. However, their uses as a photocatalyst alone is similar to most simple semiconductor photocatalysts that encounter low photocatalytic activity. Therefore, further research is needed to find ways to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2, CuS and to study the effect of different parameters on their performance. There is a wide variety of thin film deposition methods. One such method is the Pyrolysis Spray (SPD), known for its simplicity and low cost, is a technique that has been widely used for the manufacture of thin films. In this context, the project we propose is part of the controlled development of high quality TiO2-CuS, CdS-TiO2
